Cancellation Policy
Packages & Expiration:
• All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Packages must be used within the timeframe listed on the package.
• 6-Pack packages expire 6 weeks from your first session. Unused sessions are forfeited after expiration.
• 12-pack packages expire 12 weeks from your first session. Unused sessions are forfeited after
Expiration.
Scheduling Frequency:
• For best results, clients are encouraged to book 1–2 sessions per week.
• Two sessions per week is the maximum to allow the body to drain and recover between sessions.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
• Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows may be treated as a redeemed session and deducted from your package.
• If you arrive 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client or may be considered a late cancel/no-show depending on availability.
Late Arrival Policy:
• Please arrive on time.
• If you are 10–15 minutes late, your session may be shortened.
• If you are 15+ minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and counted as a redeemed session.
Card on File:
• A valid card on file is required for all bookings.
• By booking, you authorize Navela to charge applicable fees or deduct sessions according to these policies.
Final Sale / Results:
• Services and packages are final sale.
• Results vary by body and require consistency and aftercare. No outcome can be guaranteed.
