CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, fail to show up, or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits & Remaining Balance: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and is not the full payment. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your appointment. Please review your selected service carefully before booking to ensure you understand the total service price and the remaining balance due. No Grace Period: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There is no grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, communication is appreciated; however, notifying me does not guarantee that your appointment can still be accommodated. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or cancellation at my discretion. No Kids or Guests: To ensure a relaxing experience and allow me to provide my full attention during your service, children and additional guests are not permitted during your appointment.
